Terms and Conditions for Aura Whisperers

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the image consulting services provided by Aura Whisperers, located in Ahamedabad, Gujarat, India. By engaging with our services, including consultations, workshops, and website use, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement:

• The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or booking confirmation. This will detail the scope of work, duration, fees, and any specific requirements.
• Aura Whisperers will provide services with reasonable skill and care, adhering to professional standards in the image consulting industry.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or uncooperative.

2. Client Responsibilities:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for Aura Whisperers to deliver the services effectively. This includes details about your lifestyle, preferences, budget, and any specific goals.
• You are responsible for actively participating in the consultation process and providing timely feedback when requested.
• For in-person services, you agree to be present at the agreed-upon location and time. Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to the terms outlined in Section 4.
• You acknowledge that the advice and recommendations provided by Aura Whisperers are based on professional opinion and guidance. The ultimate decisions regarding your style and image are your own.

3. Fees and Payment:

• The fees for our services will be clearly communicated in the service agreement, proposal, or booking confirmation.
• Payment terms will be specified, including the required deposit (if any) and the schedule for remaining payments.
• Payments can be made through the methods specified by Aura Whisperers (e.g., bank transfer, online payment gateways).
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the service agreement.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• By the Client: You must provide [Specify number, e.g., 24, 48] hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee as outlined in the service agreement.
• By Aura Whisperers: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide adequate notice and offer alternative arrangements or a refund for the affected service.

5. Intellectual Property:

• Any materials provided by Aura Whisperers during consultations or workshops (e.g., style guides, color charts) are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Aura Whisperers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality:

• Aura Whisperers respects your privacy and will treat all personal information shared during consultations with confidentiality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You agree not to disclose any confidential information shared by Aura Whisperers during the service provision.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Aura Whisperers’ liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific services in question.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.  
  
   

8. Disclaimer:

• The advice and recommendations provided by Aura Whisperers are based on our professional expertise and current understanding of image consulting principles. However, individual results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
• We do not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability or effectiveness of our services for your specific needs.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Krishnanagar, West Bengal.  
  
   

   

10. Amendments:

• Aura Whisperers reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or otherwise communicating them to you. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.  
  
   

11. Entire Agreement:

• These Terms and Conditions, together with any service agreement, proposal, or booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura Whisperers regarding the provision of services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
